Lanette (Camille Correas) is a multisensory artist and pâtissière. She explores themes of prejudice around indulgence, class politics, and femininity. Her projects vary in media, from ceramics to new experiments with olfaction. She has worked 7 years as a pâtissière and has witness a lot of gender inequality in the kitchen, now she is using her art practice to bring attention to the exploitive aspects of the Hospitality Industry.
