Mabel lives and works in North London, United Kingdom.  Through writing, she explores love, relationships, religion, spirituality, nature and other facets of the human experience. She has been mentored by the Academy of Writers and her writing colleagues at the London Writers’ Cafe. Her poems ‘Blockade’ and ‘My Scar’ have been published in ‘The Advocacy Project’s Healing Words Exhibition’ and upcoming poetry anthologies ‘100 Black Voices' respectively.
